For the last 15 years she has been associated with the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, PGIMS Rohtak — an institution known for advanced ophthalmic care, teaching and clinical exposure. That has given her extensive exposure to complex paediatric and adult eye conditions, and a wide range of surgical situations.
Her surgical experience encompasses the management of complex paediatric and adult cases, including cataract, strabismus, ocular motility disorders and nystagmus.

The JRG Paediatric Wing marks a new journey in specialised paediatric eye care at Ishwar Eye Centre, led by Dr. Reena Gupta.
It provides specialised care for squint and eye alignment disorders, lazy eye and amblyopia, paediatric cataract, childhood myopia and myopia control, ROP screening and care, vision therapy, and refractive errors in children.
Her clinical and surgical experience, combined with her academic and research contributions, enables comprehensive care for children with complex visual, ocular motility and neuro-ophthalmic conditions.
