In patients’ wordsWhat people say after they have been here.
Forty years and more than 14 lakh patients means a great many people in Rohtak have an opinion about this hospital. The ones worth reading are the ones they wrote themselves.
Every hospital website has a page like this, and most of them read the same way.
Which is a pity, because what an actual patient says about an actual visit is useful — and it stops being useful the moment it is written by somebody else.
So this page carries real feedback only, and tells you where to go and check it.Each card below holds one real patient’s words, with their consent, and the treatment they came for.
Paste the patient’s own words, their first name or initials, the town they are from and the treatment. Written consent is needed before a named quote goes live.
A second real quote. Short is fine — two honest sentences read better than a paragraph.
A third. A spread across treatments works well: cataract, a child’s squint, a retina case, LASIK.
Add as many as you have. Video clips can go here too.
Feedback in Hindi reads perfectly naturally here and is often the more honest version.
The last slot on this row. More can be added below it.
Patient testimonials have to be real and consented — a made-up quote on a hospital page is both misleading and, where it concerns medical treatment, a regulatory problem. Send across the quotes you have collected and they will be laid into these cards exactly as written.
Three ways to find out what this hospital is actually like, none of which we control.

The simplest check of all. People waiting have usually been coming here for years, and will tell you exactly what they think.
Bring your reports from anywhere else. If two independent examinations agree, that is worth more than any quote on a website.
If the treatment went well, saying so publicly helps the next person decide. If it did not, we would far rather hear it directly.
Book an eye examination, meet the doctor and see the place for yourself. That tells you more in half an hour than any amount of reading.
